Jessica, I don't mind you getting sponsorships, but if you do have a sponsored segment could you leave them at the front/end of video so they don't interrupt the workout sequence? Love your content.

Jessica, I came across one of your videos last month and as soon as I finished it I recommended it to my sister and my mom. Before I found your channel I was always discouraged when I tried beginner pilates videos (I thought I was just too out of shape to try even basic things). I've actually felt like I could follow yours, though. I feel my body getting stronger and I've been able to start incorporating the more difficult options you offer. I love this workout so much. Question: My hip pops every time I do leg circles and my circles feel limited as a result. How can I work my way to smooth leg circles with no popping/limitation?

Thank you Jessica I was able to do this not perfectly but my goal is to get perfect! My shoulders are very rounded and I’m really working on better posture I could not lay flat that’s how bad it is working on getting better with that as well thank you again
