I did this one - (everything except the four legged slipper carry! 9:35😁) - though I suspect some of the moves look a little less impressive when I do them - ah well! 👍

I teach yoga, mat and Barre classes, and I’m always looking for new sequences. This was great for core and lower body. Not quite “total body” for biceps, triceps, chest and back, but great for legs, glutes, and core.🙏🥰
