☺️There’s no right or wrong answer, you have to find what works for you and for your body.
🏋🏻♂️Here’s an example of a warmup routine I gave one of my patients who does CrossFit. This hits a little bit of everything: ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, elbows and even the wrists.

2️⃣ Scorpion Kickovers
3️⃣ Quadruped to Down Dog Toe Taps
4️⃣ 1/2 Kneeling Ankle Mob with Self Block
5️⃣ Worlds Greatest Stretch
6️⃣ Sidelying Open Book to Happy Baby
