This is a hell of a perfect morning workout right after waking up from the bed.

Definitely appreciate modifications - it helps a ton, especially with shoulder injury issues. Also love dynamic movements vs static stretches - it’s so hard to find a decent warm up. And I love that you haven’t overcomplicated the moves - sometimes less is more and I think you’ve found the sweet spot in this.

Different type of waem up than I'm used to and I love it. Cant recall ever breaking a sweat during warm up.
