IMPORTANT:
It’s important to stop rolling your head when you reached your other shoulder. Otherwise it is very bad for your spine!! So start at the left shoulder and roll it towards your chest and then to the right shoulder.

Look into Sun Salulation (Surya Namaskar). 1 round of it does does body stretching. Altough it seems slow and easy, you can burn alot of calories too.
