Yayyy mobility!! After trying a super intense group workout class yesterday I am incredibly sore all over this morning. 😂 This felt as good as it could have lol which is to say really really good for being so sore. Today is def an active recovery day so grateful for this to get some movement in my stiff shoulders/legs/everything before a walk. :)

Thanks Tim! I appreciate the constant innovation and creativity you bring to classes, especially the morning mobility routines. Over time I've bookmarked a number of these and it's great having a whole repertoire to draw on for everything from mornings to workout warmups!

Day 21 was perfect for a Saturday morning! I followed up with a 40 minute vinyasa with Tim from about four months ago, so it was perfect. The second video that I chose went into pranayama which I liked because Tim had mentioned pranayama for tomorrow’s challenge looking forward to it. Thanks again, Tim! P.S. I was using Ollie as my drisde a couple of times!😂
