Brilliant! Really enjoyed it. The only one I couldn't do was the jumping lunge swaps at the end. Not bad for a 64 year old 😊

I think I'll incorporate this into the first hour of my morning. Bonus points if I do it outside in the sunlight to reinforce my circadian rhythm.

Did i right now before training. I like it as a warm up, you can go after it in any directions. Training, more specific exercises etc. Very nice !

Can you please make some suggestions for exercises/stretches for someone who can't get down on the floor. I have a family member who has osteoarthritis in their ankle but says they currently can't get up from the floor by themselves. I would love to get some recommendations for how to work up to being able to get up from the floor. Thanks!
