Pro Tip: put the video on 0.75x playback speed so you actually have time to change position and get more than 15sec of each exercise in properly

Great mobility routine! Loved it! It would have been easier to follow along if there was a short interval between the exercises so we could switch positions carefully and still do 20s of each exercise. Thank you!

Great video, loved following along and learning some new mobility exercises that I've never been exposed to before. Really liked how you flipped direction to emphasize that we've moved on to the other side... Just some unsolicited advice, maybe give 5 seconds prep or 'rest' time between movements since I found myself stopping the video and rewinding every time a new movement came up that I wasn't immediately familiar with. Regardless, I will be adding this to my routine, keep up the great content guys!

This is a great way to start your day, do before a game or workout and also after to cool off. Really enjoyed how it helped me after my recovery session from injury and I’m glad you made it at 15mins that keeps busy schedules in check too. I kept pausing and rewinding to get into the next position so that may have taken more than 15mins for me though still a great follow along video. Cheers to more amazing routines. (Helped my knee, ankle, wrist and back muscles and joints too)

Thank you for this I feel so much more stable, balanced, powerful, and quick on the basketball court since implementing this quick warmup. My legs/hips feel 5 years younger!

This is perfect, thank you! I will slow it down some so I can change into each pose. But first full body stretch that is enough of a challenge but doable so I don’t quit half way through. Flows very well, thank you 🙏

I just have to say, I have a soccer tournament coming up this weekend, and I did this routine as a prep to my tournament and I was able to do most of the exercises with no problem, but certain ones I had to not do because of my disabilities. But the stuff I could do it challenge me. It was really fun too. Thank you so much.
