FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT- Burn 200 calories in less than 10 minutes | No equipment
Quick full body HIIT Workout | No Equipment required

This is one of the absolute best ways to wake up your entire body and get the energy flowing.

Don’t worry about how you look, as long as you keep moving you are on the right track.

We are going to do 5 exercises for 2 rounds of 45 seconds each and you get 10 seconds rest in between. If you need more rest you can pause to make the breaks longer.

I repead this about 20-30 times a day... And now it's usually for me not that hard but I remember at the beginning it was killer... Love to burn 200 calories in only few minutes ❤️
