I’ve had way too many cheat days when it comes to my diet. But thanks to your videos i went from 80 to 70kg in 4, 5 month. And thats with only 10 minutes a day, every day.

Just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️. It's only been 2 months since I started working out with you but I cannot express how much I've become healthy both physically AND mentally. I have no idea how you do it. My biggest motivation is your yt short where you compare yourself to 3 years before where even tho you physically looked fit, the amount of positivity your current self propagates reaches me through the screen. Surprisingly intense for only being 10 minutes, perfect when you don’t have a ton of time to workout! And the no repeats are always appreciated, I go harder on those knowing I won’t have to do an exercise more than once lol
