I'm 75 years old and have been training since i was about 24. Can't do so much now but, this workout is excellent. All you newbies should follow this young lady cos' this workout will have you fit in no time at all. God Bless you my love, you are an inspiration.

I really like this one. I do lots of your abs, arms and legs ones. And this just seems to fill in all the bits I haven't covered when I do those.

Almost thought I'd black out on that last exercise, I did this workout after another of her vids so I was already pretty exhausted
But I pushed through guys, until the very last secound
I'm really proud of myself, even if you're all just random people on the Internet that I don't even know but I really hope you're also proud of me
