i always avoid ab workouts that have planks in them because my shoulders are sooo weak, but i tried to get through this and omg that burn was unreal !! 🔥🔥

I literally see a difference and it’s been a week, I use to lift weights and recently injured my lower back. I love this channel because it has helped my lower back immensely by building my core str. Pain has subsided but still needs work but I’m so happy I don’t have to be on meds, just Pilates 😂
