I've been doing your videos daily for the past 6 months or so and have cycled through every single one many times. I've recommended your videos to friends, family, etc. You are the best teacher I've ever found and have truly made me look forward to working out each day! it went by so fast i didn’t even notice 22 minutes had gone by, with other workouts im watching the clock to see when it ends. This video gave me a new confidence in my abilities

I struggle with my mental health and I’ve found that whenever I do your videos no matter how short I always feel my whole day I son calmer and I actually feel accomplished with my workouts💗💗

Love love loving these classes! I have a yoga mat on my office floor (at home) and it's great to be able to do 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins during the day to break up the long spells at my desk. Thank you!

Love your workouts. Only just started doing pilates the past few months after undergoing knee surgery and not able to my normal hit/circuits workouts. Your workouts have really helped to build my muscles back up again.

Great one. From time to time I do some Pilates but I can never be consistent. This past Wk I did 3 days in a row of your classes and wished for like a wkly session. Somehow the universe heard cause just yesterday I came across this May wkly session and I am in heaven. This was a good one!! For sure my heart rate went up ❤. Thank you Nicole
