Hi Nicole, I wanted to say a massive thank you for sharing your beautiful work, talents and time with us. I've been doing your workouts for about 8 months now (including them in my workout routine about twice a week) - and for 3 months now I've been doing ONLY your workouts almost everyday. I used to force myself to get out of bed earlier in the morning to get my workout done before work starts because if I didn't workout in the morning, then I would get too lazy to workout after. But since doing your workouts only, I (almost) NEVER get lazy to workout with you!! I actually look forward to it so much at the end of a long work day because those 20-30 minutes on the mat with you just make me feel so peaceful, relaxed and energised after. I used to feel so guilty if I didn't do at least a 40 minutes class but with you 25 minutes is more than enough (I also love your longer classes btw, I do them whenever I feel brave enough haha or have the time). Also, since doing your workouts exclusively, this is the best my body has felt and looked (I also got compliments about how lean my body became!). Thank you so so so much Nicole. I've been going through your videos and have been doing your exercises 5 days a week in the morning. Never been a morning exerciser but your voice, your music, how you get me to move me body feels so good! It's been just over a week now and already I'm feeling stronger, more confident, and my posture is coming back ;)

I am loving your workouts! I am just recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it feels SO good to have a feeling of strength and wellbeing come back into my body. I'm amazed that you put out so much for free. I would love to see a video of all of your favourite work out outfits and where they are from. Working out in cute clothing makes ALL the difference :)

I have been doing this workout for about two weeks but after only my second workout I felt a lot stronger! I was on my haunches playing with my car but I could feel my balance was perfect! A few days after my first attempt I managed to do ALL the exercises (previously I had to sit out the plank exercises) I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF AND I AM GETTING STRONGER

These videos are so well constructed! That they are voiced-over means the audio/instruction is so clear you don't even have to look at the video to be guided through the routine. The set and music are soothing which- counterintuitively- makes me want to work harder. The whole compilation sends a message that this work is to make my body strong, elegant, and able. Thank you, Nicole. I know that simplicity is NOT always simple.

This was one of the best workouts with amazing directions I’ve ever tried out, I loved it felt every muscle and after I was done I felt energized and wasn’t breathing heavily. You’re the best I can’t do any other workout videos.
