You'll rest in long-holding, deep-stretching, relaxing yoga poses to ease stiffness from your body - especially your chest & shoulders - with full body twists and propped positions. You will need a bolster, or a dense pillow works too!

Started crying the moment we turned onto the left shoulder. Cried again at the end. I have no idea what your yoga is massaging out of me, But I am sure this is healing realignment of a body that been thru so much in a short time. I cannot thank you enough and even more on behalf of my daughter, who gets a more relaxed and happy mom. <3

Hi Sarah Beth, do you think it might be possible for you to make a video showing the different types of breathing techniques and when to use them? What a soothing sequence not only for the body but for the soul. Even hubby who usually is hard to get on board when it comes to yoga, enjoyed. It was really inspiring to focus more on nourishing sequences. Thank you so much <3
