What a powerful phrase at the end of your great yoga/meditation class:
There is a place inside of you where the entire universe dwells, this place is of love, light, truth and peace. When you are in this place in you and I am in this place in me; we are one.
This is one of the biggest truths I have heard, I wish we all could realize this.

Yoga is not some magical cure for mental illness like many believe. I battle depression, anxiety and PTSD, and part of yoga is it teaches you mindfulness, coming back and calming down. Daily yoga is a tool that helps me connect back what has been disconnected, and reminds me to just hold on and relax.

Every time you said to relax the facial muscles, I realised how tense my face had been all day 😯 I've only been on your channel for a few weeks and your videos help me a lot. Your deep, calm voice, what you say, how you say it, the music in the background, holding the positions for longer... It all really helps me to relax and I have almost no back pain any more.
