If you only have time for one thing, I suggest making it your yoga practice. Here you can stretch, burn, sweat, soothe, tone, trim, release, massage, relax and most importantly bridge the gap between your precious mind and body. Don’t burn yourself out any longer.
Your at-home practice is one for both your mental, emotional and physical health.

You're the only YouTube yoga instructor that's made me actually FEEL the benefits of yoga. I got emotional for the first time doing the child pose and let out some pinned up emotions. Felt great. Thank you.

Wow this is the first time I cried during a yoga practice. When Adrienne said that we’re often the ones who stress ourselves out, I just burst into tears and cried for the rest of the practice.

This was the first time I cried during yoga. Adriene, you say the most fundamental truths in such an easy and loving way. I have such a hard time to love my body, especially my belly. And your words during this practice touched my heart and my mind. I am to hard on my self. I have a stressed out body and a back that hurts all the time. Thank you for changing my life!

Wow, what a practice! I am practicing this at 6am after a night of no sleep and a nasty panic attack, with a very long work day ahead of me. This practice has made such a huge difference to my mood - I now feel ready to take on the day :) and finished to the sound of my partner making coffee...

Ten or so months since I last practiced this sequence. I had forgotten it. Well, Adriene has so many wonderful uploads, even with bookmarks, there are many I rarely get back to. This is a nice one. Her instructions are as clear as ever. And somewhere along the way from the childhood pose through the hip circles and after, I lost most of the lower left back tightness that has plagued me for some days.

Reset day 4. 335 days in a row.

After far too long a break i have committed to the September programme - I am so struggling with menopause, lack of motivation, low self esteem and angry at myself knowing this is what I need but denying myself.... and finally today - still four days in to September, I finally finally got on the mat. I've cried and released some angst, stretched and smiled, knowing I will return tomorrow, with more peace in my heart and a happier outlook on what the day brings. Thanks Adrienne

I think this practice is a slow slow meditating workout. My arthritis wasn’t helping my concentration but you helped me breathe through Adriene to, as you say, achieve greatness ! I’m leaving my mat feeling calm and thoughtful, strangely zenned. Isolating is affecting mind and body and this is helping me focus. See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

I got so zoned out doing ocean breath in extended child’s pose that I nearly fell asleep! Also, this is the first time in over a year of home practice that I felt a seated forward fold really work for me and I felt so good when I rolled back up out of it. Thank you 💕

I'm doing 'Build', but switched around today and tomorrow's from the calendar because this was the thing I really needed today. Thank you, Adriene. (My best quarantine friend, and probably a lot of other people's!)
(p.s. A few minutes after finishing, I'm crying now, so I guess I really DID need it!)

Ah Adriene,
Your choice of practices for September Reset are so kind and thoughtful. I am a teacher returning to school, preparing for the possible fourth wave of the COVID variant. I smiled inside and out as you guided me to leave what is stressful on the ground, beside my mat, to compost back into the earth..."sous entendu": "let that sh*t go"! Thank you for such a gracious time together today.
