Arnold Schwarzenegger once said"consistency is the key to success" it is totally correct. If you want to change then you should be consistent in what you are doing.if you want to build body, have abs then you'll have to be consistent with your workout it might take years but it will work.i'm sharing this out of sheer experience.
BE CONSISTENT AND BE PATIENT.

Thank you for bringing these workout to us, I am appreciative that I am 58 years old and can keep up with all of your workout, oh and not all the time I am motivated, I literally drag myself of the sofa, in the end its all worth it. Thank you and stay safe.
