Go on the treadmill
Take a bike ride
Go on a hike
So what should you not do? This workout. They overcomplicate things. For one, HIIT is not even optimal with muscle building. Moderate-paced cardio is better. Another thing is that if you were to do HIIT, it’s better to just do it in short intervals (30 seconds) of high intensity followed by 3-5 minutes of low intensity.
