Here's an intermediate home workout!

You can stay fit even if you're locked down.

I've talked a lot about these variations but wanted to put them all into a Short so more people can see it!

Here's the routine:
Monday: Pushups & Leg Raises
Tuesday:
Wednesday: Pullups & Squats
Thursday:
Friday: Handstands & Bridges
Saturday:
Sunday: REST

This is an older video. The video I had planned for today got rained out. April showers! This video was actually made around 6 months ago. That's why I sound a bit different, haha. Let me know if it's still clear!

Pushups:2sets of 25
Leg raises:2, sets of 25
Pull ups:2sets of 12(pause at top and bottom)
Squats:2sets of 50
Full bridge:2sets of 15
Twist holds:hold for 9breaths
Wall handstands:goal 60secs
