This 30-minute full-body workout will take you through a series of no-repeat exercises that target every major muscle group. Each move is done for 40 seconds with a 20-second rest in between. Can be done at home, in your garden or park as you don’t need any equipment at all.
The workout is split into 5 sections:
* Section 1 (Warm-Up): We'll start with dynamic movements to get the blood flowing and muscles ready.
* Section 2 (Upper Body): Focus on building strength in your arms, chest, and shoulders.
* Section 3 (Lower Body): Hit the legs with exercises targeting the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
* Section 4 (Abs): Time to engage the core and work those abdominal muscles.
* Section 5 (High Intensity): Finish strong with high-intensity moves to boost your heart rate and torch calories.
No equipment needed and no repeats, just 30 minutes of pure sweat! Enjoy!!!

Day 2 : Can't get up due to the pain in body from Day 1
Day 3 : Got fever from the pain
Day 4 : Healing
Day 5 : 18 mins
Day 6 - Day 15 : Got Distracted Again
Day 16 : 20 mins
Feeling better than day 1 and not so much exhausted too

It was 23:00, I agreed with myself I would do this workout today. I came up with many excuses. But I did it. I was tired, really out of shape, far from a perfect workout, but I did it. It absolutely destroyed me. Thanks duder 👍

I used to work out 3 times pr week but I had a giant work load at my job so I burned out.. Can't make it to the gym so after one and a half month i decided to do this challange... My man, I'm sweating, my stomache muscles are killing me, my legs are shaking and my arms are sore. Imma do this a few times a week instead. Solid! Thanks man

I was using your previous workout plan the 45 minute one I thought it was a really well-balanced nice workout plan. I like how you incorporate different workouts into this one and I will most definitely definitely be using your workouts in the future i’d love to see a full body workout every month to switch it up

Good video, only suggestion i would make is to consider making the short demos of the upcoming exercise a little longer during the rests.

Rowan’s workouts are always top-notch, but this one was especially fun! The warm-up was great to get the body ready, and the variety in the exercises kept me engaged the entire time. Definitely felt the burn, and I love how I didn’t need any equipment. Great for a quick yet effective workout!

It is one hell of a workout ....but please please release a version where you speak all the time like the 45 min version. I don't know the exercise names so I have to repeatedly look at the screen ajd I wear spectacles as well. So it would be a great help. Hope you read this suggestion. Love all xx.
