I am highly obese I just did my weekly weight measurement before workout. Needless to say my weight stayed the same and I was a little but devastated. So I did my treadmill walk but no energy while keep hyping up myself telling myself it’s okay. After the walk I feel like doing some workout from youtube and I came across this video. And it doesn’t lie!! It did boost my mood and I just don’t know how! I reset myself and ready to enjoy another week of balanced healthy lifestyle! Thank you ana!

Also, I stopped at like 15 mins mark thinking I must’ve been done at least 80% of the workout but then I see it’s like another 10 mins left hahaha 😂

If you guys are obese like me, you can always modify the last parts it’s okay as long as you keep moving! Also I keep taking a breather every 15 secs of the work out. I made it my goal to do this workout more properly next time!

OMG, did this workout yesterday and I’m used to HIT workouts 30-45 minutes but this 20 minutes workout almost killed me, sooo sore today, slayed my leg muscles. So surprised cause it didn’t feel that intense when I did it. Thanks for a great challenge 😅🙏👏🏻🙌🏼
