Join me for a 20 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises, no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS ONE!!! Please do more of these cardio hiit workouts that are to the beat, they are so much fun and keeps my mind off the clock when I'm working out. The moves were at the right intensity and easy to follow. I'm glad you have the low impact options up on the screen for a longer extended period of time compared to your other videos, it helps me transition between going from low impact to high impact whenever I'm feeling gassed out. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK WITH THESE VIDEOS!!! :D

i’ve been doing this workout consistently for a few days now and i LOVE IT SO MUCH!! it’s the perfect difficulty for someone getting into working out for the first time, especially with the modifications! i do a combination of both the full and modified ones :) for the first few days i had to take a longer break than usual (like a few minutes rather than 15 seconds) about halfway through this video, but i was able to do it in its entirety for the first time today! i’ve yet to notice any visible changes but this shows that my stamina’s gotten better :D will keep to this!!

I just started following you. I really like your HIIT workouts with the low impact modifications. Those are exactly what I need. I'm older, and high impact takes too much of a toll on my ankles. Thanks for including the low impact options.

This was probably one of my favorite cardio workouts ever! I loved the no squats or lunges aspect, and only had to do a few of the lower modifications!
