We are back with a brand new NO REPEATS HIIT workout with no equipment. Using just your body-weight to power through each HIIT exercise. 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. Good morning Heather! I have been watching and doing your workouts about three years now. I'm 66, and in those three years, I've had numerous injuries, surgeries, physical therapies. Whatever has happened to me, I continue to work out, modifying where I can. I'm good at modifying. My fitness journey began when I was 19, and has never stopped, whatever I was going through in life. Loved this one! Short and high heart rate. I did not take the 30 sec rest but either continued the movement, or jogged in place, but just kept moving to not let my heart rate drop too much. 22 mins and 205 cals. Thanks for a good workout!!

I got sick at the beginning of the year and then I started a new job. Just getting back into daily workouts and you make returning so easy Heather! Can't wait for more HIIT videos! Thank you!

Does anyone else feel like the 30 seconds of break feel like an eternity after having 10-20 second breaks for the last 12 weeks? Those single hand burpees had me scared I was going to fall on my face haha! I was wondering what workout to do after the 12 week program and here you are with a new workout. Thanks Heather, this is just the workout I needed. I was procrastinating this morning on my workout, a little low on energy. Starting making excuses. I jumped on and saw you just posted this one and BOOM. Short, slightly longer rest and slightly shorter intervals. And now I feel better for having done my workout for the day. Keep being AWESOME!

Thank you for your videos! Today was day 2 of trying your workouts. It was just the motivation I’ve been looking for to keep me going. I’m a mother of 4. 40 years of age.
