Let's burn some calories and MELT some FAT with this at home 20 min hiit cardio workout. I will be working out along with you as your virtual trainer, ot not only show you each of these exercises, but to also push you to keep going!

If you need to take an extra rest break, or drink some water, feel free to pause the video, and pick back up where you left off. Eventually push your self to finishing the entire 20 minute session for the gains!

There will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. 20 different exercises! No repeating movements! Whether your goal is to lose weight, get shredded, or build muscle you can benefit from this video!

This workout will get you sweating more than ever within just a few minutes of it beginning. Make sure you bring water, and maybe a towel if you're at home on a hardwood floor surface!

This was my first time working out in 4 years. I only made it 9 minutes in but at least it’s a start.

Hey, I've been watching your videos for a bit now and they are really helpful! I was wondering if its possible in the video for incoming exercise to be announced by the countdown guy! I listen to your workouts with airpods and my small phone so its hard to see the next workout! Would be helpful to have it announced in the audio! Just a suggestion and thank youu

My first workout doing this and I completely struggled which is normal. Now I’m grateful. I feel exhausted but I’m glad that I am because I know what I need to do thank you for making this 20min video. Took me about 45 mins to complete the first time.
