just wanted to thank you for making this workout video, long story short I was 110 kg back in 2023 but then I started practicing this workout in September 2023 until today, consistently doing this exercise + weightlifting training 5x in a week, I lost 27 kg with my current weight 83 kg. Huge and mad respect for you man, chin up for a brighter day ahead!

I'm very thankful for this workout. I can't do lunges.. my knees do NOT like them and I never feel like I'm doing them properly. Stumbling onto your channel was the best thing that's happened to be in a long time because the workouts are short enough for me to find the time but also powerful enough to give me results. My first goal was to lose 15 pounds and I've already lost 7 in a week.. so thank you. :)

This was brilliant! Did it once in the afternoon, I'm going to do it again in the evening. So fun and effective! I've heard the music from 6:28 to 7:00 for the first time but the track is so motivating! Just wow!
