This was SUCH a good workout! I didn’t read the title very carefully and thought I was just doing a cardio HIIT. Once I realized we were using weights too, I grabbed my dumbbells and included them. I loved the workout even more with weight-based exercises. Definitely one of my new favorites!

Cardio is something which is not my strength.

I have an at home routine I usually do that gets me sweating at the end, but I’ve recently gotten bored with it. This work out is GREAT. It gets me sweating really quick and I feel so proud whenever I finish it 😮‍💨
