I love the shorter workouts! Had a life change recently and don't have much time for the longer ones anymore. I do the short ones when I can (if I'm not dead tired from the day already 😅).

Dear Anna, what a great idea to do the workouts and imaging being somewhere else. I enjoyed it a lot dreaming to be in NYC while sweating in real in my swabian village. What about a Berlin edition or being at the beach or in the Alps....??
Btw, I startet January 20th with your workouts and lost only about 2 kg, but 6 cm at the waist, and feel much more healther, fit, and better in shape and posture. Thank you for your great work!
