Tap in with us for CARDIO TO THE BEAT if you need a high energy workout with some motivation and fun! In this video, we will take you through 20 Cardio-HIIT style exercises that’ll be done to the beat of 10 instrumental songs. This is more of an advanced workout but Toya will be performing the modifications as a low impact alternative. Be sure to do your best, throw in some dance moves, and have some fun with it!

This was pure 🔥🔥🔥! I was LOOKING for those modifications in the beginning - but I'm glad they weren't there, my body needed the challenge. I did have to take a quick break but this workout was just what I needed. Your energy gives me energy. I love looking through old and new videos to see what I can get into for the week. Your content is top-tier and I find myself coming back to it more and more. Thanks for all you do!

I just had to thank you!! This is the first time I've completed a workout! I'm so out of shape and been looking for an easy start workout when I stumbled on to this, first time I tried it I could only do half the work out, but today I had just finished the full on work and actually enjoyed it! Even tho I have zero rhythm and have struggled to keep to the beat at times, I kept going😅

This is my FAVORITE workout. I think I have done it now 7 times. Please please please do more like this. I love the 50 seconds on 10 seconds off. I love the beats. You guys rock- thank you for this amazing workout! I love it! My physical energy has gone up 30% since starting these HIIT workouts. God bless!

Your workout videos are my favorite so far. They are fun and time goes by quickly. They have helped me to get my legs stronger in a week and a half. I would like some techno music though maybe in a near future. Thank you❤
