We'll power through 24 no repeat bodyweight exercises for 30 seconds each with 20 seconds of rest between exercises. This is a short workout, so push yourself and get the most out of this HIIT cardio workout! Press play and let's get started!

I love your channel and come here for the HIIT!! I hadn't done cardio in months due to mold illbess and it affecting my joints, so I stuck to kettlebells but had to modify. I finally started adding in cardio again and made a beeline for your channel. It's fabulous!!
