Thank you for these videos, they certainly help. I was wondering if you have any thing that I can do for bursitis, I've had the guided injection but really don't want to have another one and was wondering if there is anything that could help.

I did this for many times since I’m a kid. Now I’m 40’s. But I never know about this. I did it everytime I have to relaxing my body after sit for a long time at the front of computer just because somehow I feels that it’s fun. I’m an active person and love active sports so I have a several physical injuries but then my study and works makes me stay and sit for hours so I face a lot of conflict in my own body, especially for my back, shoulder, arms, and finger. Btw, I used to use my broken old radio antenna or racket. 😅 But now I think I should find a longer proper stick after this. Or can I just use racket and my precious antenna? :D

You have been looking so good - much easier to watch your great help. - so time for another hair cut. Yes I am old, but you just do not look good with longer hair.
you have saved me a number of visits to the chiropractor. I love him, but do not have time to drive, get adjusted, come home and sleep for hours while the adjustment settles in.
