This was one of the first exercises my physio gave me for lower back pain, modified with a resistance band around the ankle to increase the difficulty. Thank you so much ! I did sit ups and my lower back which is already weak hurt more than it did . Did this workout only 2 moves and the pain is gone ! ❤❤❤😢

i’ve been experiencing lower back pain for almost a month. did scans, went to doctors but they don’t see any problems. lately i’ve been trying various exercises on youtube for back pain relief and they actually gave me pain instead of relief. after doing 10 reps of this the back pain is gone 🩵😭 THANK YOU! i will keep going another 5-6 sets hahah

I really need an exercise that will work for me. I usually have lower back pain, but today it was worse. After playing soccer my Lowe back pain gotten worse, and I can barely walk.
