1. Bird Dog
2. Hip bridge
3. Dead bugs
4. Lying back extension
5. Reverse crunch


Note: Do 3sets of 12-15reps with 30sec-1min rest each set

Guys you can do 12-15 rep x 3 sets for each exercise. But it depends on your core strength.

what if your pain is from a slipped disc or something like that? could these exercises do more damage? the third exercise he shows its just unbearable for me and makes lower back pain worse. the first exercise is great and allows me somehow to crack the back in several places - which is a relief.
