This low-impact all-standing Tabata workout is perfect for those looking to get a great cardio workout without the strain or stress of jumping around (options will also be given for those who like to jump).

The workout involves performing high-intensity exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest in 8 rounds. You will be doing exercises like heel touch squats, 45-degree lunges, butt kicks, and sprinter lunges. There are no limits on how hard you can push yourself, so make sure to give it your all! With this workout, you'll get a great full-body burn that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.

This workout is perfect for all levels and is osteoporosis safe.

Thank you for keeping the moves simple and basic. There's nothing worse than trying to follow complicated moves and you have to keep rewinding to see how to do it!!! Also thanks for giving alternatives for those of us with osteopenia/osteoporosis or other back troubles!!!

I LOVE basic!! I get so much more out of basic moves because I can do them without fear of getting hurt! I have LOVED ever day of this challenge! Joining you on Patreon 2 years ago was THE best thing I’ve ever done!!! Thank you SO much PJ for all that you do for over 40 women 😘❤️💪🏼

Day 20 done! This challenge has gone by so fast! I'm glad you teach basic (but very effective moves). Complicated moves just cause me to feel frustrated and I don't get a very good workout. Your workouts are easy to follow and can be done by any fitness level. Thanks for a great quick sweat PJ!

Ooooo boy struggled to do this today lol 😂😂😂😂😂 after yesterday and the day before couldn't get speed up at all lol 😆

This was hard, fast, and intense, as promised, from glute burner to alternate sprinter’s lunge. (Ooohhh, another move for us Olympians! 😂) 133 bpm for me, max. I always chuckle during the cooldown when you say “…if your heart rate’s still going…” 💗 I know what you mean, but I think, “Yep, it’s still going. Nope, this one didn’t kill me!” Just my warped sense of humor. 🤷‍♀️ 😜 Thanks, PJ!❤
