So I have really been enjoying the whole "ease you into the workout" and ease out with the cool down, so I will continue (as requested).

Todays workout is a new MORNING WORKOUT that will get you just feeling all the vibes! Its a slower walk, so this one is perfect for beginners, or even if you're just having a hard time waking up and getting into your morning routine.

Anyhow, yes, this will be our challenge and if you want to find a video to stick to every morning to get better and better at, THIS IS THE ONE!

Dont let the vibes of the music fool you though, we will be getting our sweat on today! Don't you worry

Workout Structure:
Warm up - 5 Mins
Tabata Time - 15 mins
Cool Down - 3 Mins

For those who didn’t know I was 193.5lbs and could barley do a 5 min workout! Now I am 145lbs and can master every move! Don’t give up it really helps!

As someone restarting their fitness journey, I can get really down on myself for feeling tired or out of breath and sweating but then I see Jo sweating along with me as the fitness instructor and I remember it’s ok and I’m actually moving a lot more than I have in years so I should be proud 😭 Thanks Jo! You’re encouraging without the pressure to over preform

One year later and I am fully committed to loosing this baby weight. Feb 22 2024 I weighed in at 157lbs. Today, after almost a week of doing all sorts of Jo’s videos, I am weighing in at 152lbs!! 5 pounds down in one week! Summer 2024 is MINE!

Mom of 4 here. 9year old son, twins that are 19 months, and a 2 month old. I have a hard time finding the time to workout with being a single mom & working 12 hour shifts.. but this is perfect! I just started today lol but I’m not giving up! I’m 186 and want to get to 145/150. Thank you for these videos ❤

OMG GIRL BY FAR ONE OF MY BEST TABATA WORKOUTS! I was able to do every workout without complaint! May 29th will be a year working out with you! I lost 48lbs and still going!

Jo!! We love your workouts! Whenever my four year old sees you, she says, “Mom, there’s your girl!” Also, REALLY like when you have the cool down included. It forces me to do it so we, daughter included, can dance it out after workout complete! Thank you!! 🤍

I am a first time mom who’s gained 55lbs during my pregnancy. I am currently on my second week of doing these workouts and have already lost 2lbs, weighing in at 165lbs. I’ll update y’all with my progress by the end of this month :)

I'm been doing you videos for 2 weeks and I love them, I was 248 pounds in November, and I always struggle do to exercise, I love them, but I never know what to do. Now I can look for any of your videos, I can do them, I feel so good after, I'm 222 pounds now and I so ready to get to 199, I know your videos I will get there soon.

my biggest goal is to just show up for myself even for half an hour every day if it's even for just a walk. I've been pretty sedentary and it's time to be my biggest cheerleader again!

My 2 year plays with playdoe during my workouts and at the end of every workout she says "you did it" best motivation ever!!

Wow I can’t believe it. I burned 300 active cals with this workout and 356 cals in total. This workout was amazing, I got the sweat early in the morning 🥵. Thank you Jo for your workouts, I feel amazing after doing them 🥹. And so far I have lost 6lbs in one month. I’m hoping to lose another 6 pounds for the next month 🙌🏼. I’ll be back for updates 💪.

You're not always in the mood to workout and is understandable but we have to have discipline sometimes, I can say proudly I have a whole week doing her videos, thank you for making this easier than the usual workouts
