One of her lighter exercises, but she still gets your heart pumping, especially on the 3rd and final round. She adds a lot more jumps.

Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!
