I’ve been doing your workouts for well over a year and about 3 months ago, I had a foot injury and was in a medical boot for 2 months and on strict rest for another month after that. Today was my first day back, your tabata videos have always been my absolute favorite and this was the perfect reintroduction back to working out!!!! Thank you for all that you do 😍❤️
