This workout will leave you out of breath and sweating in only 12 short minutes. Get your heart rate up, feel the beat, and enjoy the endorphins!

Tabata workouts are the perfect format if you are struggling with a time crunch but still want tocomplete an effective workout. As we start fresh, now is the best time to establish consistency even with short workouts.

This workout was taken as a part of my fresh start series when i was 11 weeks postpartum! I have made significant progress since because of my consistency.
