I loved this workout. And appreciate so many people doing the videos to lose weight and posting of their losses which is amazing if that is your goal for your fitness journey. For years I’ve been up and down with weight and last year when I started my fitness journey I wanted to do it for mental health reasons and to tone as well but not to be driven by weight loss and scales. And then I had to weigh myself at the doctors and it crushed me because I’d not lost any weight which wasn’t the aim but because I’d seen others saying how they’d lost X amount in a week, X amount in 6 weeks I was shocked. Even though I shouldn’t be because my body is my body not anybody else’s and it won’t work in the same way. So I guess I’m just leaving this comment here for others in the same position or people who are wanting weight loss but aren’t getting the same results as the people in the comments. Just be happy that you’ve made these changes and in time you will see results in body and mind and weight doesn’t mean anything it’s how you feel and how you feel about how you look. Appreciate your body and all it does for you. Happy Friday ❤❤
