all my life i've been obese but then i started working out july last year. i've been doing body project workouts at home and lost 30 kg since then. right now i have 6 kg more to lose until i reach my goal weight. usually i do their high impact videos but since i tested positive for covid-19 last sunday, (i'm asymptomatic except for mild cough and cold), i've been doing their H2O videos these past few days (my doctor recommended me to do light exercise only). hope to get back on track soon. i love body project so much, thank you for helping me love myself more.

Oh my gosh I’m so tired after doing this! Lol probably the hardest 20 minuets of my life! I’ve been doing exercises twice daily and this is day 30 for me, think I lost about 13-14 pounds so far!

I truly believe that thanks to you both I have not only been successful thusfar in my weight reduction/healthy eating/living journey but also remain injury free on my new job. After my entire adult life working in an office sitting all day, I have just started a little part-time semi-retirement gig at a local grocery store working in the produce department. Lots of movement, lifting, pushing etc. I had to core 50 pineapples day 1 and thanks to all the workouts I've been doing with you both, I had no aches that nite or the next day. I'm from the Caribbean and I love your work out routines. I have lost close to 15 pounds in 5 months. I normally hate working out but your routines are enjoyable and effective. I also like that you have programs with different times and intensity. My BMI is now where it should be.Thank you.

I am currently suffering from plantar faciitis, and I have been actively looking for a video on YouTube that would give me a great low impact Hiit workout. I have to be honest when I say that I was pleasantly surprised, by how good this video is. I'm sweaty and tired! Lol, thank you for sharing this video!

PLEASE please please make more of these high intensity 20 minute workouts! I am in an accelerated graduate program and sometimes 30 minutes is just a little too much time. I love these H20 videos and would really like more like them!!

I love body project it has been our salvation in lockdown. We are 72 years old and my husband and I particularly enjoy H20 although we also do other TBP programs. I have never been to a gym in my life but plan to subscribe to online programmes

Easing back in to exercise. I had a torn meniscus repair last April and Bicep and rotator cuff repair in October and haven’t really exercised in almost a year, except for physical therapy which included 6-10 minutes on elliptical or hand bike. I decided to try this video and I just want to say thank you. I was able to do the whole thing. I’m not able to squat as low or reach as high as you guys but the exercises were easy to modify to my limitations and I still got my heart rate up. I throughly enjoyed this workout and you both are so easy to listen to. Looking forward to sub zero.

This used to be an easy day for me, then I had to totally cancel any working out for weeks, and am just resuming exercise with workouts like this one, and it's tough! My legs are totally sore today. It's amazing how quickly we change!
