I’ve been doing 1200 calories and I went from 380 to 337 as of today in 1.5 months

I somehow let myself go from 180 to 280 so now i'm slapping myself I got this tho. did it once can do it again

I lost 100lbs in 3 months. Drink a 16oz cup of muscle milk in morning and 2nd one in the evening at dinner. I jogged and worked out. Doctor said it was all protein drinks he wasn't concerned about it. I'm also 32 years old.

How to lose 100 lbs in 3 months
1) Wallk minimum of 10, 000 steps a day is a must. Try to double. (or cycling)

2) No salt and additives
3) Count calories max 1000 a day
4) Vegetables - eg Fruit only first week. No bananas.
5) no bread and rice, potatoes
6) Chicken breast baked
7) control portion size
8) No alcohol

I only at a can of chicken broth for 28 days and I lost 70 lbs ! If I can do it anyone can do it cause I’m lazy asf

I agree with cutting out salt.. but Black pepper is loaded with Vitamins A, C, and K, minerals, healthy fatty acids and works as a slight metabolic booster which helps with weight loss

Loved your story ! I too have too lose at least 100 or more. I'm unable to do most anything these days. I'm tired most of the time. Today I slept 18hrs. I just couldn't believe a human could sleep that long.
Even after I get up, it takes about 30-40 minutes to fully wake up. There has got to be something better in life than this !

Amazing thank you. NO SALT ( it preserves fat) NO BREAD, 1000 calories a day, walk everyday, boiled vegetables, fruit ( but no banana) strawberries, melon, baked chicken breast ( not fried) .

Im eating around 900 calories everyday and walking 1-2 hours everyday, what do you think? Will i be able to lose 40 kg in 4 months?

Lots of great advice in here, thanks man, and congrats on your weight loss success. I put a on a great deal of weight my senior year of high school(I went from 160 lbs to 270 lbs), in less than 1 year. I've been working on getting it off during the quarantine though. So far I've gone down to 246 just from walking. Now I'm mixing it up though, and instead of just walking, I'm also counting calories and aiming to do more exercise each day. I'm thinking of starting a daily jumping jacks workout too simply because it's easy and I can do it in the privacy of my own home. I totally know where you're coming from about running in public, I feel the same exact way. I got school starting in August, hopefully I can get down to at least 220 before the school year, 50 lbs off would be a great way to start the school year.

Congrats on your weight loss! I eat like this and I wish it worked for me that fast. I'm averaging about 1300. I dont eat anything canned, I already almost never ate bread or pasta due to wheat flour intolerance. I'm lactost intolerant. I put no salt on anything. I exercise 5 days a week. It's taken me 3 weeks to lose 18 lbs and my starting weight is higher than yours. It's really frustrating. But I'm happy for you and your success and sharing your story. I'm hoping that as long as it's taking me longer, hopefully this will become a lifestyle change and I stick with it to keep it off.
