I read his book. He is an incredible human being. He lost that weight because he was obsessed to become a Navy seal which he accomplished. His story is incredibly motivating.

I lost 101 lbs in 3 months
Went to gym and did one exercise The Elliptical in the morning for an hour noon for an hour and night for an hour. I ate break lunch n dinner and had eggs n bacon for breakfast, salad for lunch, green beens n baked chicken for dinner and cheezeits for snacks and drunk water only and cut off eating at 6pm. I went from size 30 to 10. My bra was 46ddd and went to 34d. My shirts were 3x and now their medium. I didnt miss a day on the eliptical, if i ever got hungry at night i sucked on a sucker. I dont have loose skin or nothing. Flat stomach thick hips nice round butt, my arms can use some toning but other than that, i look amazing. 3 months of eating right, water only and elliptical did it for me. I was 300lbs im now 199 And

Those last few seconds where he’s talking about facing his fears is important. He says he “Has to.” That “Have to” mentality is life changing. If you change your mentality from “I want to” to “I have to” it’ll change your life.

You avoid stretch marks by prolonged fasting. 72-96 hours at a time. When fasting the body goes through Autophagy. Which is the body's way of regenerating and removing diseased, dysfunctional and damaged cells. If you watch other Goggin's videos he talks about not eating during that period of time. That's the reason.

I gained a lot of fat during quarantine so I decided to change my lifestyle on April 6, 2021. It started as just strictly jogging and cutting calories and at the start, I weighed 233 lbs. Now as of June 11, 2021, I jog a little, bike on average 7 miles a day, and work out all while on a sustainable diet and intermittent fasting while still eating what I like in moderation. For anyone wondering I now weigh 189 lbs.

Love this man. He helped me change my life 100+ pounds and nine years later. I have some loose skin on my abdomen. Age 38 super happy with my life. Train hard and grind every damn day you deserve it! Dont ever let anyone tell you that you arent good enough if I never meet you I believe in you! I lived it!

When I graduated high school in 2015, I was 265-270. In 4 months after that, I was 195. Fast forward to 2020-2021, i yo-yo’d way back up to 257. August 2021, started walking 5+ miles a day, working out, being active, now it’s September 2022, and I’m 205 again. Going to try to keep it that way too. Wish me luck.
Update (11/27/2023): I’m currently at 198. I’ve been keeping steady with foods that work for me and I love, and also doing weights & hiking for cardio! I hope everyone succeeds in their weight loss efforts. Much love. 🤙

I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!
