I'm a month into my 100lb Weight Loss journey and i'm down 13lbs! Feeling super good, super motivated, not restricting in a negative way, eating to feel good while also couting calories and macros... I never would have imagined i'd lose 13lbs in one month but it was a very nice kick start. Loved this video! Super motivating.

3 years ago I lost 30 lbs through starvation and self hate and then quit. This year I’ve lost 30 lbs through healthy lifestyle changes and self love and am still going strong. This channel has really helped me learn how to take care of my body and inspires me daily. Thanks for all that you do. 🥰

It's actually crazy about how on point you were with the morning weigh in part. I always take what I see on the scale as a make or break thing, and it dictates my mood and habits for the rest of the day. I enjoyed this vid, and the tips. Thanks Will!

I went from 340lbs to 210lbs in 6 months by going cold turkey and cutting out all the junk food, intermittent fasting and took at least 25, 000 steps a day 5 days a week. I've kept it off for over a year now. Cutting out all the junk also forced me to learn how to cook so there's that.

I used to do the same as him. Letting the calories I ate the previous day determine my mood for the next. If I ate one meal that was a win and looking back I’m disappointed at what I’d do to lose weight. thank you for being honest about it and bringing light to much a important topic.

This takes me back I've had a bad relationship with food and self love all my life, in high school I dropped about 70 lbs in like 7 months after kids I ballooned up then dropped 80 lbs in like 10 months and constantly struggled to keep it down. Even when I'm not trying to count my calories my brain will automatically calculate an average calories consumption for that meal, I'm back trying to drop 120lbs. As a female with PCOS, ADHD, and medical issues, no longer able to workout like I used to, my weight skyrocketed and now I feel stuck 100lbs more to go, trying to do it right. Love this video and your content.

I weigh myself every morning as well and I didn't think about it, but it really does affect my mood significantly lol. Good idea on doing weekly averages!
