For someone who got a Ed because of weight loss, diet and overexercises think you shouldn’t do all of that!!! Loose weight slow and healthy. Just drink water for like a week can be really dangerous. I was in a hospital for that. Please take care of yourself, y’all ❤

This is extremely disordered… I hope she’s doing okay now. I’m glad she lost the unhealthy weight, but when I was on OMAD I was the deepest into my anorexia and ended up in the hospital… I really hope she’s ok

Hey, active faster here for over 5 years, and I’d like to clear up some misinformation. There’s 3, 500 calories in a pound, it takes only 24 hours to active autophagy, and you cannot eat during fasting periods otherwise you’ll break your fast and reset the process. But other than that this video is very educational and a great video for people who are looking into fasting.

Also feeling dizzy or like you might faint is common during fasting periods over 24 hours. Remember to eat enough protein, drink lots of water, and choose the healthiest fasting option for your body. Stay safe✌️

For anyone wondering how to do the calculations. First u multiply 3, 500 by the amount of pounds u wanna lose. Ex ( 3, 500 x 70 ) = 245000) then u divide it by the amount of time u wanna lose it ( go by days not weeks/ months). 245000/120 days and u get around 2500 cals u gotta burn a day. Then u subtracts ur bodies natural amount of weight loss or metabolic rate so 2500- 1700 and then the amount that left is what u burn off with exercise.

Just so you know- your body is constantly burning calories. You don't have to just work out to burn calories. Your body uses calories while breathing, digesting, eating, even sleeping. Just moving around doing every day activities burn calories.
