How I Lost Over 100lbs in 15 Weeks | My Final Weight Loss Results!! Since posting the before and after photos from my 15-week Sexification 2021 that spanned from Monday, August 9th to Sunday, November 21st, many people have commented or messaged me, asking how I lost all the weight so fast. The simplest answer is just one word: consistency. In this video, I show off more before and after weight loss body transformation results, and discuss the 4 main crucial points that helped me consistently lose all the weight in just 15 focused weeks. Fitness is recommended, and nutrition is required!! I heavily prioritized my nutrition goals and all my exercise & physical activity goals as well, each and every day. I made sure to fuel not only my body, but also my mind, with healthy "strike" and "spare" energy sources that were positive and good for me, rather than negative and energy draining. I was able to thanks to help from my girlfriend and teammate @KatinaEatsKilos, plus all of you!! The entire 15-week period was centered around me losing weight, and that is why I was so successful. Incredible amount of loss. I am a similar size to you, 6'6" and was 385lbs when I started in June. I however am down 45lbs so far. I focus much more on strength training than cardio and am trying for a slower and steadier weight loss hoping to maintain it. Great work.

Excellent work Randy my friend, i lost 50 pounds from 210 pounds to 160 pounds during lockdown from walking a lot, its definitely true you have to win before you begin, very inspirational my friend.

You seriously look AMAZING. That's a great result and I'm GLAD you didn't use a treadmill!
I've been on a HUGE exercise kick involving mainly press-ups and weight training. But I think I need to get back on the bike!!

Dear Randy:

Anyone who can post their private life and motivate others with ideas to change, is a winner no matter what the scale says. As a former professional athlete, I marvel at how you show everyone that, if you want it bad enough you can have it. We all know that the road you took to the 100 plus pound weight loss was not an easy one. I, applaud you for sharing this with everyone!

Keys:
10, 000 steps per day
10 -15 hours per week on stationary bike ( 20 plus miles per hour)
Diet - calorie deficit, consume less than you burn with good choices.

Great job man! If you ever come out to California we ( you and your wife) have to catch a baseball or hockey game!

Don't throw your weight loss out the window; keep going to 240 as your goal. You look great. Do healthy challenges and you would have just as many people who love to watch your videos

Just found this video. Great job!
I started my diet 8-22 this year and so far I’ve lost 53lbs (301.5 down to 248.7 currently) I’m 6’3” so my goal weight is around 200lbs. Hoping I get there in about 5-6 more months 🤞
