Your train and talks are my favorite. I was also big into step, cardio and heavy weights. I never felt good after, just while working out. My back paid a price, I got bad headaches from heavy weights and my hip got worse. I was terrified of low impact, lighter weights and your type of workouts. Within no time, I felt better, and I was happier. My back is bad, but that will not change. What did change was I have minimal pain there and fewer headaches and migraines which I suffer from. I also used to push myself to work out even if I was sick or exhausted from work. Now I take a nap and then walk a bit. Thank you so much for this wonderful workout.

I got to your channel because of my niggles and ever so grateful that I did! Barre and Pilates are unparalleled for correcting posture and strengthening the small postural muscles bypassed by most other types of exercise. What irks me is that the vast majority of men don't do barre and Pilates, even when they know it's the best thing for them. I've told both my husband and son whenever they have muscular issues/injuries to do your videos to no avail.

Loved your Body Cardio Train & Talk video today, Linda! The training was fun - even if it was hurting my pulled hip flexor a bit- that I just work through. Needless to say, the talk must have been directly for me, because I've been addicted to exercising nearly me entire adult life. And, I'm still addicted & I'm in my mid-60's now. But, due to a couple of resistant to heal injuries, age & a chronic illness, I've had to face the decision to exercise differently. But, I still push myself to exercise as hard as I can nearly everyday bc I can't stand being a less lean, more flabby senior. And, you're right, I used to think if I didn't run 7 or 8 miles daily, when I was in my late twenties, I was going to gain 100 pounds overnight! Well, that never happened, but that fear looms somewhere in my brain. So, I'm really going to try to ponder what you said about how you've changed your own exerting routine- take it to heart, so to speak. You've been my exercise role model for several years now, so if you've changed how you exercise due to body issues, then I need to listen to that. Thank you for speaking your truth today & sharing it🙏🏻👏💕

I used a medium resistance loop, and I really liked the figure-eight trick. The loop stayed in place during the workout, so I didn't have to keep stopping to adjust it!
