Did this one again. really enjoying it. You are so right about preventing falls as we age. An elderly friend of mine fell a few weeks ago and the impact has been dreadful. Mum also fell and that did not have a good end. Even though Im only 58 that's why I work out so that I am hopefully stronger as I age. Thanks Jules.

This video worked really well for me. I usually have problems with the 20 second intervals in the non-speaking videos, but with the instruction I was able to follow the exercises a lot better. Thanks!
