▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

1. Warm Up 0:00 - 04:40
2. Workout 04:40 - 25:25
3. Killer Finisher 25:25 - 30:44
3. Cool Down 30:44 - 35:35

I recently found your channel. I was in such a rut with working out and literally prayed to God to help me find a new workout person who I could get excited about .... That was YOU! I'm a 35 year old mom of 3 and the weights, hiit, and Tabata workouts have helped me feel so strong. When I started, there were many moves of yours I simply wasn't strong enough for. This was fantastic! After my fiasco of a workout yesterday, I was fully prepared for this to not go well….BUT I pushed the entire time, only took an extra break at the halfway point and I’m drenched in sweat. Thank you so much girl, you provide such a service and all your hard work is greatly appreciated!

I had a surgery 4 weeks ago and was in pain so I couldn’t work out. I had to do breaks to do this workout but it was so good to be back to exercising! Thank you for a great video- I love 20-30 mins and no repeats! Loved it!

This was just another amazing workout to go into the weekend with. Perfect amount of time and everything was on point yet again. Amazing how much I sweat in 35 minutes but I thought the cool down was especially welcoming after this workout. You're a Champion Anna. Thank you.
