Just came back from many months of not doing your workouts due to laziness. Just came back from a almost a year of being lazy and then pregnant for 9 months and then 6 months postpartum, , i started exercising at 3m postpartum, trying to get back into shape but i didn’t dare do your workouts yet cuz they are killers 💀 anyways I did it finally! I missed the fist bump part so much! It may be a small screen on my phone but I connected with it and i feel like I earned the fist bump 😄😄😄

This was SO HARD . I'm sad to say I only finished the warm up plus 3 rounds. I do hard hiit as well (but yesterday I had just done full body heavy weights so maybe that contributed to only doing 3 rounds). Going for it again in a week gonna try to get all 4. Definitely one of the hardest hiits I've ever done!
