Hope you guys enjoy this practice!🙏🏼 Just a quick detail about the "fire breath". 

Kapalabhati breathing/fire breath is a heating breathing exercise that cleanses the lungs, sinuses, and respiratory system.  

1. Please inhale through your nose and then with short bursts exhale through the nose while contracting the abdominal muscles towards the spine.

2. Don't worry about inhaling during the breathing round, the moment you relax the abdominal muscles the inhalation happens naturally. Keep you awareness on the exhalation. 

3. If doing 30 reps of exhaling is too much please don't worry! Start with lower reps, maybe 10-15 exhalations and then slowly work towards the 30 round. 

4. Remember listen to you body and do what feels best in that moment.

5. If this pranayama exercise makes you feel dizzy or anxious, stop the exercises and return to you natural breathing.

****Please skip and avoid this breathing technique if you are pregnant, have heart disease, hernia, or suffer from high blood pressure.****

Perfect! Could you maybe make a practice for the throat Chakra? As I teacher I feel how it gets clogged sometimes.
Or maybe it could be a new 7 day challenge? Dedicate each day to one Chakra
